Backoffice Design
Following the signing of NDA, some brand details and other essential details have been changed or omitted. Backoffice design for a client. The system intended for the internal use of salespeople and managers in the company to monitor the sales situation to customers and to improve the performance of the sales departments.

The challenge
- to emphasize the status of the sales visually
- Creating a format that allows fast review and communication with customers
- A system that will create simple and useful solutions while maintaining screen cleanliness to help maintain concentration.
Actions that appear only as soon as you may need them. Using Hover Options:
Marketers use tabs to compare their sales success level quickly and to review abbreviated information about each customer. The call buttons are relevant to each card and allow immediate action from the customer card. However, out of a desire to simplify the screen and focus on the selected card, I used the hover option to reveal the calling operations only when the salesperson might need them.
