NEWAVE is a comprehensive name for several real estate projects in the Bat Galim neighborhood. Production of the booklet included branding work, copyrighting and design. The booklet is designed to promote project sales in the wakes up area to Haifa Beach. Made for KTV holdings.

NAU 61

The NAU61 project is a reconstruction project of a historic building for preservation in the heart of the lower city of Haifa, by the sea and the port. NAU It is the name of an iconic sailing ship type. It is also the beginning of the word NAUTICA. The connection between the location of the complex and the sea port of Haifa and the window of opportunity for the city's metropolitan development laid the foundation for the name of the complex.

Redesign KTV’s logo.
KTV is a real-estate entrepreneurial company. The company was founded by a group of friends who served together in the Navy. The company's activities currently focus on initiating construction and business projects in Haifa, many of them in the city's beach area.
The sails in the old and new logos were added to it inspired by the navy, various values that the sea represents, and the proximity to the sea of the company's projects.
